Angst+Pfister AG has taken over the Foxsense AG (The PAROX Company)

In January 2023, Angst+Pfister AG, of Zürich, Switzerland, a leading supplier of mechanical and electronic components for the industrial and medical OEM markets, announces the acquisition of the of the paramagnetic oxygen business of FoxSense (The PAROX Company).

The Paramagnetic PAROX Oxygen business of Foxsense will be integrated into Angst + Pfister Sensors and Power (APSP).

Beside this, Thomas Röttinger, CEO of Angst+Pfister Sensors and Power AG and Andreas Hester, CTO of SIGAS Measurement Engineering Corp. confirmed to continue the Strategic Partnership of PAROX Paramagnetic Oxygen Sensors and Products and even extend this partnership for Potentiometric Zirconia Oxygen (O2) Gas Sensor Module of Angst+Pfister targeting the Chinese Market.
